Clerk & Master

Duties

The Clerk and Master:

  • Keep all records of the Chancery Court
  • Issue all processes for that court
  • Compute and collect the court costs in each case remit them to the proper parties or officials
  • Collect delinquent back taxes.

This department also serves as the clerk of Probate Court.
