Vaccine Eligibility, Waiting List & Hotline Information

Governor Lee has announced the launch of a new digital tool, which helps inform Tennesseans when they are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The eligibility tool allows users to opt-in to receive updates and notifications about their vaccine phase and provides risk-based and age-based phase information for each county. UPDATE from the Wilson County Health Department 1/19/2021:
 

COVID-19 vaccinations are given Monday-Friday from 12:30PM-4:30PM by appointment only. Those in the appropriate phase or age category may sign up on the waiting list or call the COVID-19 vaccine hotline at 866-442-5301. From there, individuals will be contacted by the TN Department of Health to schedule their appointment(s). Once an appointment has been scheduled, the location of where to receive the vaccine will be confirmed, along with any other necessary information.

Those who received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine prior to January 8, 2021 will be contacted by the health department to schedule their second dose appointment. These individuals will be called by the health department’s regional office once their appointment is ready to be scheduled. From there, they will be given instructions to access a separate registration link, where they can schedule their second dose.
 
On January 8, 2021, the health department began offering a QR code. The new QR codes may be scanned on-site via smartphone, which takes individuals to a website where they may schedule their second dose appointments. Those who do not have access to a smart phone will be contacted by the health department to schedule their second dose. Appointments for the second dose may also be scheduled on-site after receiving the first dose.
