- Wilson County Saddle Club may use the arena for $125.00 (with lights) or for $50.00 (without lights).
- 501c3 organizations may use the facilities at the regular rate(s).
- *The East & West Buildings may form one large room to provide an approx. seating capacity of 350. The daily rental fee is $500.00.
- **Camping groups of less than 50 may use the buildings for $100.00/bldg./day.
- **Camping groups of 50 or more may use the buildings for $50.00/bldg./day.
- Vendor fees are $50 each for food or non-food.
