ALL BUILDINGS HAVE A $50 DEPOSIT EXCEPT FOR THE COX CABIN THAT IS SET WITH A $75 DEPOSIT

Banquet/Meeting Rooms

  • Both east and west buildings are temperature controlled, with kitchens, restrooms, tables and chairs, seating for 175 each. Can be leased as a whole.

All facilities used for profit shall be charged $225.00/bldg. Veterans’ Building will not be used for profitable events (auctions, etc.).

  • Wilson County Saddle Club may use the arena for $125.00 (with lights) or for $50.00 (without lights).
  • 501c3 organizations may use the facilities at the regular rate(s).
  • *The East & West Buildings may form one large room to provide an approx. seating capacity of 350. The daily rental fee is $350.00.
  • **Camping groups of less than 50 may use the buildings for $100.00/bldg./day.
  • **Camping groups of 50 or more may use the buildings for $50.00/bldg./day.
  • Vendor fees are $35 each for food or non-food.

Covered Arena Fees

 

Camping Fee:  $20.00 per night

Stall Fee: 

  • $15 with 1 free bag of shavings 
  • Additional bags available for $6.00
  • NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED
  • Stall Barn has 96 stalls

Covered Arena: 

  • 1,000 per day w/admission charged
  • $600 per day w/entry fees charged
  • Bleachers are provided
Table Rental: $5.00 each
Chair Rental: $1.00 each
Vendor Fee: $35.00 each
Clean Up Fee: $15.00 per hour (restroom attendant)

4-N-1: $100 rental fee per day

Tractor: $100 rental fee per day

Deposit: $200 refundable deposit required
